Trinity UCC was looking to modernize their benefit offerings with a solution that could extend meaningful support to both full-time and part-time team members. They didn’t have a formal wellness or lifestyle program in place, and the Thrive Account offered a strategic way to fill that gap with support that feels personal and inclusive.
Once the team at Trinity UCC learned how customizable the Thrive Account was, they recognized its potential to reflect the church’s core values while still honoring each team member’s unique needs. The spending categories could be as focused or as open-ended as Trinity preferred, allowing them to offer guidance without limiting personal choice.
Since launching in early 2024, employees have used the funds for fitness gear, therapy, home office setups, wellness apps, and more. The impact has extended beyond individual usage, helping shape a culture centered on wellness, connection, and support. What started as a small initiative has become a steady reminder of Trinity’s commitment to care, connection, and community.

“ThrivePass isn’t just benefits—it’s a message. A message that says: We see you. We trust you to define your own wellbeing.”
