How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?
Our philosophy as a company is that the best ideas can come from anywhere in the organization, whether from an intern or the CEO. For example, we built our Benefit Enrollment Platform based on an idea that came from our team members who work directly with our clients. It has since improved the experience for both clients and ThrivePass employees.
