How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?
Our philosophy as a company is that the best ideas can come from anywhere in the organization, whether from an intern or the CEO. For example, we built our Benefit Enrollment Platform based on an idea that came from our team members who work directly with our clients. It has since improved the experience for both clients and ThrivePass employees.

What are some social events ThrivePass does?
Every quarter we have an all-hands meeting to review goals, talk about successes and also take ownership of where we fell short and what we learned. These meetings provide amazing transparency. We also recognize team members for their accomplishments and for living our values every day at work. After each meeting we do a fun team event!

ThrivePass is proud to have partnered with the American Heart Association (AHA) to participate in their Virtual Field Day Program. Our team was presented with various prompts including getting 10,000 steps a day, eating well, and focusing on mental health -- all while earning points! Teams also received points by showcasing their team spirit, attending check-in calls during the month, and raising money to support the AHA.
ThrivePass stands with and supports the American Heart Association's commitment to addressing COVID-19. By funding research to better understand the virus, supporting front-line health care workers, and protecting those with heart and stroke conditions, the AHA is doing their part to keep all of us safe, healthy, and educated.

Current Status: Fully Remote
Our offices are designed to enable collaboration and community—in fact, some of our greatest ideas and innovations were the result of in office encounters—and it’s clear this is something many of us don’t want to lose.
At the same time, we are very familiar with distributed work and are open-minded about the lessons we’ve learned through COVID-19. When we can safely return to the office, we’ve created a hybrid model for ThrivePass.
By creating a hybrid model of working at home and in the office, we believe that this will ultimately lead to more flexibility, productivity and trust - empowering employees to thrive.
