What You’ll Do
As the Supervisor, PEO Data Services, you will lead a team responsible for delivering API and EDI integration solutions that support ThrivePass's PEO partners and clients. This is a player-coach role that combines people leadership, technical expertise, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality integration services while helping build and develop a high-performing team.
- Lead, coach, and develop the PEO Data Services team through onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within service-level expectations.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of API and EDI integration solutions.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex integration issues and provide guidance on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, standardization, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Partner closely with Client Success, Implementations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Ensure integrations meet business requirements, client expectations, and applicable compliance standards.
- Maintain integration documentation, monitoring processes, and operational procedures that support scalable growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience supporting EDI integrations, API-based data exchanges, and benefits administration platforms.
- 1+ years of experience leading, supervising, or managing a team of integration, EDI, or data professionals.
- Experience working within PEO, HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee benefit programs, including COBRA, FSA, HSA, commuter, lifestyle, wellness, or related benefit offerings.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and file formats, including Fixed Width, JSON, XML, and EDI transactions.
- Proven ability to improve operational processes through workflow optimization, resource planning, capacity management, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across multiple departments and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in employee benefits administration, HR technology, or PEO environments.
- Experience supporting HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, Health & Wealth, or related benefits programs.
- Experience leading automation initiatives and large-scale process improvement projects.
- Experience working with:
- 834 and 837 EDI transactions
- PrismHR / Worklio
- isolved
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, HR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Salary Offered
$85,000–$105,000 annually.
