What You’ll Do
The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the product implementation project throughout sale to service delivery hand-off. This role works with key stakeholders to consistently set expectations for clients, strategize on product adoption, educate on ThrivePass processes and deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and defined scope. You will:
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
  • Configure administration systems according to implementation intake documentation.
  • Facilitate collection of plan set up data and information from client and broker contacts.
  • Apply project management best practices to ensure that timelines and implementation tasks are accurately tracked during the entire implementation process.
  • Conduct regular calls with clients as necessary to facilitate the implementation process, and until client is handed off to the assigned Relationship Manager.
  • Adhere to existing processes and procedures.
  • Complete special projects during off cycle implementation times.
  • Special duties and projects as directed by leadership.

  • To strategize with clients to build product adoption.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Implementations or a similar role in a Third-Party
  • Administration or in the Healthcare space.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities under time constraints.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to education clients on ThrivePass processes and procedures.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Take initiative to uncover/develop solutions prior to escalating issues.
  • Enhance processes for the optimization and effectiveness our broader team.
  • Open to learning and developing new skills.
  • Ability to take on new projects and easily transition between tasks.
  • Team player who is receptive to coaching and adaptive to change.
  • Desire to excel and grow each day.

Salary Offered
$65,000-$75,000/annually
