In the event you believe that we have failed to meet our promises in any of the three areas ThrivePass will initiate a structured review process to remedy the situation. This will involve:

  • Investigating the cause of the issue & creating an improvement plan.
  • Giving you access to the ThrivePass Leadership team.
  • ThrivePass will credit back administrative fees based on your specific circumstances.

If at the end of the review process both sides have made best faith efforts to improve the relationship, but significant progress has not been made, ThrivePass will support your transition to a new vendor.
