Admin Dashboard

Our seasoned customer experience team will validate each employee’s submission for vaccinations, exemptions, and test results.

Employers will receive a daily summary of submissions and verifications that occurred. The Employer Admin Dashboard allows the admin team to see the current status of their organization in real-time both by employee count and percentage.

Vaccine Verification

ThrivePass's secure digital platform allows employees to enter their personal information, upload proof of vaccination or exemption form, and submit. If additional information is required, our support team will follow up with employees.

Partially vaccinated employees will automatically receive reminders to upload proof of their second dose.

Once the ThrivePass team has reviewed a submission, the employee will receive a QR code specific to them. The QR code can be scanned by any QR Reader and will display a color:

Green - Compliant
Yellow - Pending verification
Red - Non-Compliant

The ability to track booster shots will come included when relevant.

Test Result Tracking

Employees that opt for testing will upload their proof of test, and the system will track the date and type of test. QR codes will be sent to employees based on their test results. These QR Codes will automatically expire once an employee is required to upload a new test. Employees will have a personalized dashboard where they can view all their submissions.
