Role

This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have a positive and engaging experience throughout their journey at ThrivePass. This role involves a variety of HR functions, including onboarding & off-boarding, employee engagement, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating an outstanding workplace culture and a keen understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company and feel welcomed and supported.
  • Ensure off-boarding procedures are completed within SLAs to ensure security compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews.

Recruitment

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for all US based roles.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by coordinating interviews.
  • Source potential candidates through various recruitment sites to build a strong recruitment pipeline.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and availability.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and oversee employee recognition programs, learning initiatives and quarterly events.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations efforts.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for maintaining our Denver office.
  • Assist the Director of P&C with reporting and analytics to help inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist the Director of P&C to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on employee experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Hybrid role: work from Denver office once a week.

Salary Offered
$60,000-$65,000/annually
